Dear X husband;
I wanted to write you and thank you for all you did for me. You were a very good and supportive husband. I know you gave me everything you felt you were able to. I mostly want to thank you for letting me go. I know it was hard on both of us. But we kept our promise - to let go when it was time.
I wanted to let you know that I finally found a happy place inside me. I never knew it would be so easy and so hard all at once.
I hope that one day you will find your happiness also.
