This little thing kicked my ass Wednesday night. I knew it would.
Hubby uses it all the time and makes it look soooo easy.
It’s not.
It’s a great little work-out tool. It exercises muscles from neck to hips. And I can work all those muscles in less than 5 minutes. Good stuff huh? Yeah.
You roll it all the way out so your body is stretched out and then you roll it back to your knees. Rolling it out is easy. Getting that wheel back to your knees is a totally different story.
Oh. My. God.
I couldn’t lift myself back up. Hubby was trying to help me and we both were laughing so hard we were rolling on the floor. I eventually gave in and used the wall as a stop so I couldn’t go all the way down and I still couldn’t pull myself back up. I eventually tipped over from laughing so hard. Hubby helped me with my technique and I managed to get two good ones before I had to stop. All those failed attempts had to be counted when it comes to this exercise because of the muscle usage on the outward motion.
Can I just say again that the wheel kicked my ass. My stomach hurts so bad that it hurts to drive!
Once my muscles stop swelling and the pain goes away I’ll be much happier. Muscles burn fat and once they’re done my stomach will look awesome. Till then… OUCH!
Eh.. can’t wait to dance tonight with my tummy all hurtin like it is… crapola!
