I woke up feeling a lot better yesterday. I’m taking a harder look at my symptoms and I’ve noticed that I get those nauseous dizzy spells when I get pissed or upset. I'm also working on a few other things even though my blood tests came back fine.
1 is low iron
2 is hypoglycemic and
3 is depression/anxiety
So I’m taking my multi vitamins in the morning and popping an extra iron pill at night. I take the extra iron pill at night because my multi vitamin only contains 50% of my daily value. I’m making sure I eat more often, which isn’t such a bad idea anyway. I’m going to try harder to make sure I take my meds at the right times and drink more water and Gatorade. I know you’re asking “why the Gatorade?” well let me tell you. About 10 years ago I got really sick and just like this time - all my blood tests came back fine. I had an excellent Doctor back then and he realized after talking with me that I was depressed. So after getting me on meds and sending me to a shrink, I started to feel better. They suggested Gatorade for some reason and it actually helped so who the hell am I to knock it?
Oh, did I mention I feel waaayyy better when I eat Ben and Jerry’s Half Baked ice cream? Yeah well, I do… until my belly rolls over my jeans… EEEEK!
It’s Friday and I am looking forward to going to work tonight. I’m not feeling 100% better but I’m just going to fake it until I feel all the way better. Unbelievably, we have snow in our forecast today. That should slow business down a lot tonight and hopefully most of the dancers won’t come in. Less garters = more money for me! I’d like to make up for my poor income last Saturday night. (Even though I still made more money per hour than most college graduates.)
My mens are all about the new game God of War II. They've had it for two days and they have been obsessed. At least they have stopped to eat. When they started talking about the release date a week ago, I asked that the portable DVD player be charged for me so I can watch something while they are playing. But, as usual, I am into watching the game play. It's a pretty cool game and lots of dialogue and mystery so it has my attention...this time. Soon they will beat the game and then (like God of War 1) they will play it all over again.
Well my inbox is full and it's time for me to get back to work. Oh... they just hired another development manager for me to take care of and they've offered a job to another attorney. Remember that letter I wrote?? Yeah, no one else does either.
