I have been asked by two of my boss' to write memo to them explaining that my counterpart and I need more help. They know that we are so busy that we can't complete our tasks. They should be able to handle it from there. This feels like we are documenting our inability to keep up with our work. How convenient that it's review time....
There's something not right about this. Maybe it's just their history of doing 180's and catching me off guard but me smells fish!
